Saddle Creek Title One First 10 Companies Nation-Wide to Receive Platinum Closing Agent Certification Honors
From AmTrust Bank.
Begining in 2007, AmTrust Bank impliment an electronic signature protocall whereby it's loan packages
can be electronically signed, or "E-signed" by its borrowers. Presently, AmTrust books more e-signed loans than every
other lender combined. While the technology is truly cutting edge and actually enables lenders to package and sell mortgage
paper more efficiently, thereby making the cost to the consumer less and making the program attractive to mortgage brokers,
very few closing agents or title companies have learned to impliment the product within their practice. Begining in
March of 2007, AmTrust will begin requiring all of its refinance products to be executed via the e-sign process. In
connection with this new requirement, AmTrust introduced Gold and Platinum Closing Agent certification so that brokers who
sell AmTrust product would have a list of knowledgable closing agents available to them in their area. Saddle Creek
Title is please to announce that it was one of the first 10 companies nationwide to recieve platinum level certification.
Saddle Creek Title Relocates to Larger Space in East Memphis, TN.
On March 1, 2007 Saddle Creek moved its primary Tennessee office location to 855 Rdige Lake, Suite 300,
Memphis, Tennessee. The new location is centrally located in East Memphis near the Poplar and I-240 interchange
and it provides clients with easier access to our office from downtown and mid-town Memphis. The move was brought
about by the need for a larger space which could accommodate Saddle Creek's closing business as well offering accommodations
for its growing consulting and seminar activities. All contact information will remain the same.
