M. Neal Hanna is Saddle Creek Title's Closing Attorney.
He is a lawyer of 5 years licensed to practice in the States of Colorado, Texas, and Tennessee. Mr. Hanna has a very
wide range of real estate related experience, including a background in very large scale development projects, traditional
and complex real estate finance and real estate related litigation.

Proffesional Experience Mr. Hanna has experience in
all phases of commercial and residential real estate law, including development, acquisitions, construction, finance, title
review and title insurance issuance. He has represented numerous major banks
in large commercial lending transactions, including SBA guaranteed loans and out-of-state and off-shore transactions.
In
addition, Mr. Hanna's prior experience also includes significant
work in general corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, banking and finance, and securities law.
Mr. Hanna previously participated in numerous complex mergers and acquisitions transactions,
including several transactions involving the expansion of a major national media company’s asset portfolio. He was previously involved in the acquisition, planning and development of a very large commercial
retail and sports entertainment complex which is home to a minor league baseball franchise and is the training headquarters
for a NHL Hockey team. He also participated in the bond defeasment of a MLB Baseball
team’s new home stadium in Arlington, Texas and assisted in the development of the American Airlines Center
in downtown Dallas, Texas
which is home to an NBA Basketball team and an NHL Hockey team.
In addition, Mr Hanna was also invovled in representing
the debtor in possession in what was, at the time, the largest corporate restructuring in United
States history. In connection therewith, he particpated and was intimately involved in numerous
divestiture deals and auctions. Mr. Hanna also
has extensive construction and real estate related litigation experience. He has been
involved in multiple construction related bankruptcy restructurings and he was instrumentally involved in two major
precedent-setting court victories involving labor unions in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Education Law
School: Mr. Hanna obtained his
juris doctorate from Southern Methodist University. He graduated cum laude from SMU Law in 2001.
While at SMU, Mr. Hanna was a staff member for the SMU Law Review in 1999/2000 and was a member of the editorial board
of the SMU Law Review in 2000/2001.
Undergraduate: Mr. Hanna obtained a BA form the University of Colorado in Boulder,
Colorado, graduating in the top 10% of his class in 1997. While attending CU, Mr. Hanna participated in the University
Sophomore Scholars Honors program and was a member of both the National Politcal Science Honors Society and the National
Economics Honors Society.
